Event Floristry from Concept to Delivery
A structured course built around real event scenarios — weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations. You learn how each arrangement is planned, priced, and physically assembled under time pressure.
Eight modules, one clear path
Each module covers a specific phase of event floristry work — from the first client consultation through to post-event breakdown. Sessions combine recorded video with two live group reviews per module.
Floristry for event contexts
Event floristry is different from retail work. Quantities are larger, deadlines are fixed, and the logistics matter as much as the design. This opening module sets out exactly how that difference shapes every decision you make downstream.
- Types of events and what each one demands from flowers
- Working with suppliers: lead times and seasonal pricing
- Conditioning and storage for large-volume orders
- Building a reliable supplier relationship from scratch
Client briefs & scoping
- Extracting useful information from vague requests
- Writing a scope document that protects both parties
- When to decline a brief and how to say so
Color & texture palettes
- Matching floristry palette to venue light conditions
- Combining textures without visual noise
- Photography-ready arrangements
Pricing & quoting
- Calculating real cost per stem at event scale
- Labour overhead and delivery markup
- Presenting quotes that hold up under negotiation
Assembly, logistics & close
- On-site setup timing and team coordination
- Transport and protection of finished arrangements
- Post-event breakdown and materials recovery
- Portfolio documentation and client follow-up
What you actually do each week
Every week releases one module with recorded lessons you watch at your own pace. Each module ends with a short practical task — a brief to respond to, a pricing calculation, or a mood board to assemble.
Two live sessions run each week via video call. One is a group review where you get feedback on your task submission. The other is open Q&A — bring any question, including ones not from that week's material.
- Recorded video lessons, watchable on any device
- Live group feedback sessions twice weekly
- Practical task for every module with written feedback
- Certificate on completion, after final project review
- Access to session recordings for 6 months after course end
One fixed price, full programme access
There is one pricing option — it covers everything listed below with no add-on charges. Group size stays under 18 participants so feedback stays specific rather than generic.
Everything included
- All 8 modules with recorded video lessons
- 16 live group sessions with instructor feedback
- Practical task submission and written review for each module
- Supplier contact list with 14 verified Ukrainian wholesalers
- Pricing spreadsheet template (event quoting, materials, labour)
